Our mission statement

The mission of Hosanna Local Outreach (HLO) is for us who believe in Jesus to do what Jesus commanded us to do! To equip God’s people to do the work of the ministry as stated in Eph 4:12.

Eph 4:11-13

11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

When we who believe in Jesus do the work of the ministry, we will go and preach the Gospel as stated in Mark 16:15.

Mark 16:15

15 And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

Our vision

The vision of Hosanna Local Outreach (HLO) is that God’s people are trained to do what Jesus did, are trained to do what Jesus trained His disciples to do and are fully trained to do what Jesus commanded His disciples to do. Our vision is that those of you who believe in Jesus are so well trained that you can use what you have learned to help train other people in how to successfully do what you have learned to do.

2 Tim 2:2 NKJV

And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

If you're not quite comfortable sharing your faith, we would like to hear about your journey and offer support. You might also want to join us in one of our HLO workshops and outreaches.

Or are you comfortable sharing your faith with family, friends, neighbors, co-workers or strangers? If so, great! We would like to hear about some of your experiences and learn from you.

Determining your spiritual walk

To determine your spiritual walk, answer these questions:

I would like to tell others about JESUS, but I don't!
Telling others about JESUS is NOT my calling!
I love telling others about Jesus!

Would you like to:

Tell a friend/family about how to go to heaven?
Tell a coworker how to go to heaven?
Tell a stranger about JESUS and going to heaven?

If you would like to confidently engage with others and help lead them to the Lord, come to our next training. Engaging with others is a skill that can be easily learned and through practice, you can overcome any fear or timidity you might have.
