- 2 day event Friday 4:00 to 10:30 pm & Saturday 10:00 am to 11:00 PM
- 2 tents each day
     - 1 tent with a table for coloring books, markers, cookies, crackers, drinks, BIBLES and etc for kids.
     - 2nd tent will be chairs for those that would like to rest and get out of the sun or rain. We would like to send teams
              out to walk among the people and engage them.
- Teams Needed:
           -Set up (12-3pm) must be set up by 3:00
           -Tear down and return stuff to the church
           -make sure we have ice & water etc on location.
           -teams behind the tables handing out the above mentioned stuff.
           -prayer teams behind the table to pray with those getting drinks.
           -We'll need people to pray/talk/minister with those in the resting tent.
- Friday will be prime time from 4:00 -9:00pm for kids and this time we'll need maximum coverage.
          After 9:00 pm traffic will be slowc.
- Saturday is steady and will increase about 4:00 pm till 9:00 pm max.
- A team member must be at the tents the whole time it's open.
